Applications are invited for selection of Staff Nurse for UPHC of the Jhargram Municipality under NUHM on

contractual basis. Eligible candidates may. apply in the prescribed format attached herewith. The application must be

submitted by Registered post/Speed post/by hand to the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Jhargram, P.O.

-Raghunathpur, Jhargram, Dist. -Jhargram. The application must reach in this office within 26.03.2OI7 (up to 4 pm) positively.

Minimum Qualification GNM from an Institute recognised by the lr'rdian Nursing Council. Language Must known Bengali Remuneration 11220/-(Rs. Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty only)

The selection will be purely on merit based on % of marks obtained in the final examination

Selection Process of GNM course. Document required : a) Residence Proof (voter lD/Aadhar Card), b) Age Proof (Admit of MP), c) Mark Sheets of GNM examination, d) Nursing Council Registration Certificate.
