Interested eligible candidates are invited to appear In the 'Walk-in-Interview' on 21^{st February, 2018 at 11.00 am at the office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health (old building), Ground floor, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, Pin-733101 for the contractual post of one Laboratory Technician under Thalassaemia Control Programme at consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs 16,8601-. All interested candidates are requested to attend the same with their Original testimonials along with a prescribed application form. Selection criteria:}

Selection criteria: Minimum qualification required:

1. H.S. or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
   
   
2. 2 (two) years Diploma course in Medical Laboratory Technology from any institute recognised by West Bengal Govt. (Desirable: Experience in handling Cell Counter and HPLC machines. )
   
   
3. Age should not exceed 40 years as on 01.01.2018 or not less than 18 years.
   
   
4. Selection will be made upon academic records and interview,
   
   
5. Self attested photocopy of the all mark sheets.
   
   
6. Self attested photocopy of age proof ofthe candidate.
   
   
7. An application fee in form of Demand Draft of Rs. 100.00 for General applicant and Rs. 50.00 for reserved categories to be submitted with the application. The Demand Draft should be in favor of District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Dakshin Dinajpur payable at Balurghat.
   
   
8. No TAIDA will be paid to the candidates for the selection interview.
   
   
9. Self attested recent 2 copies passport size photo to be pasted one in Application Form.
