Walk-in-Interview for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and Field Assistants

ICAR-Central Research Institute for Dry land Agriculture (CRIDA), Hyderabad requires SRF to work in the Agri Consortium Research Platform on Water on contractual basis, as per details given below. The responsibilities include assisting the scientists in carrying out research in the laboratory and field, data recording and analysis and report writing. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience on the above activities.

Field Assistant	Two (1+1)	Qualifications: 1) a) Diploma in Agriculture Engineering (1) b) Diploma in Agriculture (1) Desirable: Should have knowledge of computers, field work, proficiency in Telugu writing and speaking	Rs. 10,000 (Consolidated) Per month	Maximum of 27 years (Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and women and 3 years for OBC candidate)

These positions are sanctioned up to March 2016 and may be extended upto March 2017. Eligible candidates may attend a walk-in-interview on 23rd January 2016 at 1100 hrs at IGH, CRIDA campus, Santoshnagar, Hyderabad - 500 059.

The candidates should bring their application in the prescribed format (attached) along with original and attested copies of documents related to age, qualifications, experience, etc. Applicants should report at 09:30 hrs for screening of applications at IGH, CRIDA campus. No application form shall be made available at the venue of walk-in-interview. The place of work will be CRIDA, Hyderabad. The decision of the Institute will be final and binding in all aspects. The positions are purely temporary and the appointment shall be co-terminus with the project. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The candidates must be willing to work in the watersheds /research field and must be prepared to travel extensively.
