For implementation of NHM in the State of Meghalaya, the office of the Director of Health Services (MCH & FW) Meghalaya, Shillong, invites application from eligible and interested candidates for the following posts on Contract Basis as per detailed below:

2 District Community Process Coordinator (DCPC) 1 As per NHM norms 1. Master degree in Social work or any of the social sciences 2. Atleast 2-3 years experience in management/ coordination of community health programmes community mobilization or related field activities with minimum of 1 year experience in health sector 3. Familiarity with /having worked in community health programmes, or on empowerment health volunteers or NGO health projects or involvement of PRIs in Health projects. 4. Sensitivity to and knowledge and experience of working on issues related to monitoring of health projects and coordination of Government & NGO cooperation in health programmes at the grassroots set-up. 5. Experience of having assisted/contributed/coordinated or worked as trainer and as organization support to training programmes at the district level is essential 6. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with database management programmes and commonly used packages like MS Word,Excel,Power point etc. 7. 5 Pediatrician 1 As per NHM norms Post Graduate Degree in Pediatric DEIC Tura
6 MCH Consultant 1 As per NHM norms 1. MBBS with Degree/Diploma in Public Health/Obstetric & Gynecologist/Pediatrics. Directorate of Health Services (MCH&FW), Meghalaya, Shillong
2. At least 3 years experience with the Health system/ relevant field.
3. Good communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
4. Knowledge of computer with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Information Technology.
7 Obstetricians and Gynaecologists 1 As per NHM norms MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in mentioned speciality from a recognized Medical college and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) KhliehriatCHC,EastJaintia Hills District
8 Paediatricians 1 As per NHM norms KhliehriatCHC,EastJaintia Hills District

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  1.   2. Application complete with Bio-Data should reach the office of the Director of Health Services (MCH & FW) Upper New Colony, Health Complex, Laitumkhrah, Shillong 3 on or before the 6thApril 2017. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed with the name of post applied for.
  3. Venue for Written/interview for the selected candidates for Sl. No 1 5 will be held inTura and for Sl. No 6-8 will be held in Shillong.

  4. Date of Written/interview for the selected candidateswill be intimated later, all relevant Certificates Testimonials etc (IN ORIGINAL) to be produced at the time of interview.

    No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants for attending the interview.
