Applications are invited for filling up 37 Nos of posts of House Surgeons on plain paper for six months tenure from 01.07.2017 to 31.12.2017 in the various departments of Govt. Multi-Specialty Hospital Sector-16, Chandigarh.

   Scale pay and allowance for the posts Rs. 31,500/- P.M (Fixed) (Rupees Thirty one thousand five hundred only)

   General Category : 22 Nos

   If no candidate is available from reserve category, SC, OBC & person with disability, the same post will be adjusted in the General Category. No separate circular/ advertisement will be given.

   QUALIFICATIONS : M.B.B.S from recognized university and Completed/completing internship on or before 30.06.2017.

1. The candidate who have done their MBBS from abroad. They should also attach the copy of pass certificate of test from Medical Council of India, New Delhi (Mentioning total marks and obtained marks) duly attested.

The applicants are requested to attach the following Certificate (duly attested) with the application.

1. M.B.B.S. Pass Certificate

2. Internship Completion Certificates

3. SC/OBC/Person with Disability Certificates.

4. Detail Marks in all professions.

5. House Job already done

6. Sports and extracurricular activities during the MBBS Level University and International.

7. Character Certificate.

8. Permanent Registration with Medical Council/ State Medical Council or provisional registration certificate who are going to complete internship on 30.06.2017.

9. Attempt Certificate.

10. Copy of provisional internship completion certificate as on 30.06.2017.

11. Two attested passport size latest photographs.

12. M.D/M.S candidates are not eligible.

13. Incomplete application, deficiency in document applications received after the due date & time will not be entertained.

14. The candidates, who have already completed 02 (Two) House Jobs anywhere in India is not eligible

    The selection were made only as per academic merit. All eligible candidates are requested to appear on 22.06.2017 at 10:00 A.M. alongwith original documents/ certificates in committee Room adjoining to the office of Director Health & Family Welfare Chandigarh Administration GMSH-16, Chandigarh. No separate intimation will be sent. No T.A & DA will be paid. No boarding and Lodging will be provided for interview.

    • The last date for receipt of application is 15.06.2017 by 05:00 PM in the office of Medical Superintendent-cum-Jt. Principal Medical Officer, (Room No. 24), Govt. Multi-Specialty Hospital, Sector-16, Chandigarh.

    • The provisional list of eligible candidates will be available on the website of NHM i.e. www.nrhmchd.gov.in on 19.06.2017 and also on the Notice Board of Medical Superintendent Office, GMSH-16, Chandigarh.
