Interested candidates are requested to appear for a walk in-interview on August 08, 2017 at

2.00 PM, for the following temporary post in the department of Dr. M.N Dastur School of Materials Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur.

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): No. of post -One

Essential qualification: M.Tech in Bio-Technology / Chemical Engineering / Materials Science and Engineering/Polymer Science and Technology OR M.Sc in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemistry with NET/GATE

Desirable qualification: Preference should be given to the candidates with prior research experiences in related areas.

Age Limit: For JRF the upper age limit is 28 years (Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates) Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/-(consolidated). Appointment should be given initially for period of about 6 months. It may be extended further depending upon performance.

Duration of project: 3 years (2016-2019). Competent Candidate should bring two hard copies bio-data to submit and original mark sheet and certificate.

Venue of the interview: Sub-Library (Ground Floor) of Dr. M.N Dastur School of Materials Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur.
