A walk in-interview will be held on 29^th June 2017 at 11.00 AM, for the following temporary position in the department of Computer Science and Technology, Indian Institute Engineering and Science Technology, Shibpur, Howrah.

Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

No of post One (JRF may be extended to SRF based on performance in the project)

Essential Qualification: First class B.E / B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering with valid GATE score or M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering.

Desirable Qualification: Knowledge in Computer Organization and Architecture and / or Bioinformatics, Hardware designs using HDL and / or experience in FPGA based tools.

Fellowship: Rs. 25000+30% HRA per month for 1st year and 2nd year,

Rs. 28000+30%HRA per month for 3rd year (subject to the performance

in the project)

Duration: Three years. (Initially for 1 year but may be extended for 2 more years subject to condition of the performance of the candidate.)
