Interested candidates are requested to apply for the following temporary position in the department of Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah.

Junior Research Fellow: No of post -One

Essential Qualification: First class B.E / B.Tech in Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering / Biomedical Engineering/ Bioengineering /Instrumentation Engineering /or equivalent with valid GATE score or M.E. / M.Tech with specialization or experience in the area of electrochemical biosensors/chemical sensors development/carbon based devices.

Desirable Qualification: Project experience in the area of electrochemical biosensors/chemical sensors development/carbon based devices.

Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/-+30% HRA

Duration: Three years, subject to the progress in the project.
