• To device the overall technology strategy of DVNTB with critical focus on enterprise and platform architecture

• Set up and complete ownership of system development from developing the blueprint, approach and execution

• Application Development and System Integration with the banks core banking system(s)

• Implement monitoring and security framework

• Building out a robust testing environment including SIT, Load / Performance Testing, Usability Testing, Security Testing

• Application Support

• Start, build and lead the technology organization from the ground up.

• Identify and assess new technologies, functionality and propositions to deliver increased revenues and improved customer experience

• Innovate to automate processes, create new products, transform the customer experience

• Pursue agile development this extends from online interactivity and payment solutions to mobile functionality

• Partnerships with technology vendors is critical the individual must be able to source, select and actively shape partnerships with leading tech vendors and information service providers in online financial services space.

• Prevention and reporting of cyber-crimes to various authorities

• A strategic view to technology,cognizant of the kind of value it can add to the business. Successfully built innovations including next generation user interface, mobility, mobile payments, real time CRM & analytics,digital banking solutions

• Designing and architecting flexible core banking system capabilities ready for the direct to consumer proposition(s) the bank is looking to build

• Security and customer privacy in the digital age is of paramount importance. Significant expertise in the design and monitoring of said systems

• Is passionate about the role technology can play in bringing next generation banking experience to Indian consumers

• Intellectual agility and creativity to respond to changing demands andcreate new solutions

• Strong team building and people management skills are a must

The candidate must hold a Science Degree (B.Tech., M.Sc., Ph.D.) or equivalent

The applicant must have a with a minimum of 15 years tech and IT experience including material (at least 5 years) experience in architecting and designing banking platforms

Compensation will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
