Applications on plain paper giving full details of the academic qualifications and research experience are invited for the engagement of following temporary positions:

S.No	Position	Project, Funding Agency & PI	Essential Qualifications
1.	JRF	Proteome identification of binding-partners interacting with alpha-1- syntrophin (SNTA1) protein in human breast cell lines. (SERB-DST; PI: Dr. Hina F Bhat)	Essential qualification: Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Biochemistry (NET shall be essential qualification for candidates with degree in basic sciences) Desirable: Prior experience in cell culture and genomics
2.	JRF	Generation of a genetically-stable live vaccine candidate against infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) through mutagen-driven lethal mutagenesis. (SERB-DST; PI: Dr. Nadeem Shabir)	Essential qualification: MVSc Biotechnology/Veterinary Virology Or MSc Biotechnology/Virology with NET Desirable: Prior experience in cell/virus culture and Molecular Biology
3.	Project Asstt	Use of Actin affecting drugs to dissect the role of SNTA1/Rac1 signaling pathway. (DST-INSPIRE; PI: Dr. Hina F Bhat)	Essential qualification: BVSc & AH Or Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Biochemistry
4.	Project Asstt	Analysis of the mechanistic regulations of SNTA1/p66Shc interaction on cytoskeletal organization and migration in breast carcinoma cells. (DST-INSPIRE; PI: Dr. Sahar Saleem)

The positions are co-terminus with the project. Applications should reach the office of undersigned by or before 09.10.2017 up to 4:00 p.m and the interview of eligible candidates shall be held on 10.10.2017 at 2:00 p.m at F.V.Sc & AH, Shuhama for which no separate notice shall be issued unless otherwise.

Rules, regulations and emoluments shall be as per DST norms (INR 25,000 + HRA per month for JRF and 10,000 per month fixed for Project Assistant)

No TA/DA shall be provided for attending the interview.

A separate application should be submitted for each position.
