Temporary Faculty Positions

National Institute of Technology Sikkim is looking for dedicated and qualified persons for Temporary faculty positions for the winter semester 2018 on purely contractual basis. Interview will be conducted for filling up of Temporary Faculty positions on purely contractual basis at the level of Assistant Professor in the Departments of Computer Science & Engineering. Interested & eligible candidates are required to email filled-in Bio-data in prescribed Proforma along with scanned copies of relevant certificates in a single ZIP file. Last date of submission of Filled-in Application through E-mail to registrar@nitsikkim.ac.in is 12^th February, 2018. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through e-mail/mobile. No separate call letter for interview will be issued. The shortlisted applicants are required to bring two copies of the application in the prescribed format along with the relevant documents in original in support of their qualification, experience, etc. at the time of the interview. Interview through skype can be arranged in exceptional cases.

Minimum Essential Qualifications:

First Class [60% Marks or GPA 6.5/10] M.E. / M.Tech. degree in CSE / IT or equivalent discipline. Preference will be given to Ph.D. candidates. Institute reserves the right to fix additional or higher criteria for shortlisting.

Consolidated Honorarium:

Honorarium will be paid as follows

Having PhD in CSE / IT or equivalent discipline	Rs. 65,000/-to 80,000/-per month (all inclusive)
Having M.E./M.Tech. in CSE / IT or equivalent discipline	Rs. 50,000/-to 60,000/-per month (all inclusive)
