Roles and Responsibilities

The MD & CEO of AFC India Limited will be responsible for the following:

• Define an innovative and differentiated business strategy for Company to make it a dividend paying multi product Company.

• Provide overall direction and guidance to the organization for execution of the business strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

Age limit

Must not have attained the age of 55 years on 31st March 2018.

Educational Qualification

The candidate must hold a Post-Graduate Qualification in any discipline from a recognized educational institution in India / overseas

Desirable Qualification

Post Graduate degree in Management will be an added advantage

Experience

Applicant should poses at least 20 years of relevant experience in commercial sector out of which at least five years should be in any Consultancy Organization at a level not below that of DGM.

References

Applicant must submit two references of the officers with whom he has worked or anybody who has a standing in consultancy management.

Cost To Company

Compensation will be as per market norms and will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates. The final decision regarding annual increment and variable incentive will be taken by the Board based on performance of the candidate.
