under NHM & RCH II Programme, 10+2 in Science with Diploma in certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology or its equivalent
Or
B.Sc in Lab technology from any recognized
institute or its equivalent
4. Lab Technician 02 01 - 01 Essential : 9,900/
under IDSP B.Sc in Lab technology from any recognized
institute or its equivalent and one year
experience in Microbiology and serology section
Or
Three year Diploma in Medical Lab Technology
from any recognized institute with 2 years
experience in Microbiology and serology
5. 6. Lab Technician under RNTCP Physiotherapist under NPCDCS 01 01 -01 -- 01 - Essential : 10+2 in Science with Diploma or certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology or its equivalent. Preferential: Minimum One year experience in RNTCP work Essential: Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T) Experience: At least 2 years experience of working in a Hospital. 9,900/18,000/

Applications are invited for filling up the above mentioned posts in O/o Mission Director, National Health Mission, Civil Hospital, Sector-22, U.T, Chandigarh:

Age limit for all the categories is upto 60 years

Last date of receipt of Applications : 11th January 2017 upto 1.00pm

List of Eligible candidates and date of written test/ : 30th January 2017 Interview will be displayed in O/o Mission Director, National Health Mission, Civil Hospital , Sector-22, Chd and on official website i.e. www.nrhmchd.gov.in

NO SEPARATE CALL LETTERS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE WRITTEN TEST/ INTERVIEW.

These posts are to be filled up on contract basis initially for the period of six months but extendable depending upon performance and conduct etc or duration of the project.

Desirous candidates having the requisite qualifications mentioned above shall submit their Bio-data on Application Format (available on website) alongwith self attested photocopies of certificates/testimonials (from matriculation onwards) and one recent attested passport size photograph to the O/o Mission Director, National Health Mission, Maternal & Child Health Centre, Sector-22, Chandigarh.

Incomplete application and application received after due date will not be entertained. The Mission Director, NHM reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies and even cancel the Interview without assigning any reason. No TA/DA will be paid for interview.
