Interested candidates are requested to appear for a walk in-interview on April 12, 2017 at 12.30 PM, for the following temporary posts in the Dr. M.N Dastur School of Materials Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur.

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): No. of post - One

Essential qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in Chemistry / Microbiology / Bio-Technology / Environmental Science or any relevant subject.

Desirable qualification: Preference should be given to the candidates with prior research experiences in relevant areas supported by published national / international journal articles.

Fellowship: Rs. 18,000/- (consolidated). Initially the appointment will be given for only one year.

Age Limit: Maximum age of JRF shall be 32 years at the time of interview.

2. Junior Project Assistant (JPA): No. of post - One

Essential qualification: Graduation in any discipline with basic knowledge in computer

Monthly Salary: Rs. 6,000/- (consolidated). Initially the appointment will be given for only one year.

Duration of the project: 2 years (2017-2018). Initial appointment will be for the period of one year

Venue of the interview: Sub-Library (Ground Floor) of Dr. M.N Dastur School of Materials Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur.
