1. Name of Position: Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

3. Period of appointment: One year or till the project period, whichever is earlier
   
   
4. Emoluments: Rs. 20,000 + HRA @ 20% and Rs 1,000/-towards reimbursement of medical insurance premium per month.
   
   
5. Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate with not less than 60% marks in Forestry/Agroforestry/Agricultural sciences/ Horticulture/ Soil Science/ Botany/ Ecology/ Ecotourism/ Environmental Sciences/ Economics/ Geography/ Natural Resource Management/ Geology/ Sociology/ PGDFM/Rural studies/ Statistics and any branch of Plant
   
   

Science or related subjects with two years relevant experience.

1. Desirable qualification: The field sites of the projects are spread in the hills of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh of India, thus the preference will be given to the candidates having robust nature and interest to work in the most typical hilly terrains and mountains of Himalaya.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA, DA will be paid for attending the interview and candidates should make their own arrangements for travel and boarding.
   
   

Please note that this is a project related contractual position and have nothing to do with permanent establishment of IIFM, Bhopal. Based on these positions, any claim for regular appointment in IIFM will not be entertained.
