Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS), Government of Jharkhand, is committed to providing accessible, affordable and accountable quality health services to the last person of the last household at the last village.The thrust is on establishing a fully functional, community owned, decentralized health delivery system with inter sectoral convergence at all levels, to ensure simultaneous action on a wide range of health determinants such as water, sanitation, education, nutrition, social and gender equality.

Endeavor is being made to ensure institutional integration within the fragmented health with emphasis on outcomes, measured against Indian Public Health Standards for all health facilities.

JRHMSis seeking applications from eligible candidates for 744 contractual vacancies, for Medical Officer (AYUSH)-School HealthProgramme (621) and Medical Officer-AYUSH (123)

Please note that applications shall be accepted only in the prescribed online and hard copy format available on the above websites.

Applications shall be accepted for a period of 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement and the last date for receiving the application shall be by or before . 11:59 PM

Notes:

(1) The actual number of vacant positions may change at the time of final recruitment

(2) Vacancies shall be subject to reservation policy, as per JharkhandState Government rules

(3) Candidates applying under reserved category shall need to attach a copy of their caste certificate, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. Candidates submitting online applications shall need to furnish this document at the time of joining process.

(4) Candidates applying for the posts on deputation, shall need to present an NOC from their current Department at the time of joining process.

(5) Final Selection will be based on the written test.

(6) Cut off for merit list of the written test shall be:

(a) 40% for Unreserved categories

(b) 36.5% for BC-II

(c) 34% for BC-I

(d) 32% for SC, ST and women applicants

(7) Candidates need to provide all essential documents at the time of final selection.

(8) Only shortlisted candidatesshall be called for successive rounds of the selection process.

(9) The contractual period for selected candidate shall be one year from the date of the appointment.

(10) Above positions shall be filled with 40% Ayurveda, 40% Homeopathic and 20% Unani streams. However, in case of non-availability/non selections of suitable candidates in one of the streams for the above positions, the society shall reserve the right to fill the remaining vacant positions from the available list of eligible candidates as per merit list in others stream.

(11) Please note that June , 2017 shall be taken as reference date for computing experience, qualification etc.
