A walk-in interview will be held on 24.07.2017at 03:00 pm in the office of the Head, Centre of Excellence for Green Energy and Sensor Systems ,Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah 711103, West Bengal, for the recruitment of 02 Scientists , 01 Project Assistant (PA) & 01 Consultant under the BHEL sponsored project Enhancement of efficiency of c-Si solar cells by 0.2-0.3% through incorporation of silicon nitride nanoparticles on front surface.

Scientists: (02 Positions) Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics /M.Tech in Micro Electronics. Desirable: At least 3 years experience in semi-conductor devices fabrication and characterization. Fellowship: Rs. 48,000/-per month. (Consolidated) Duration: Six months or till the end of the project.

Project Assistant: (01 Position) Essential Qualification: B.Sc in Physics or Chemistry or B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in either Electronics & Telecommunications, Electrical or Chemical. Fellowship: Rs. 16,000/-per month. (Consolidated) Duration: Six months or till the end of the project.

Consultant: (01 Position) Experience: At least 10 years experience in operation and maintenance of High vacuum systems. Fellowship: Rs. 25,600/-per month. (Consolidated) Duration: Six months or till the end of the project.
