WALK -IN- TEST CUM INTERVIEW

Walk- in- Test cum Interview for the selection of Research Associate II under IPR NAIF Scheme, will be held at this Institute as per details indicated below.

Qualifications : a) Essential:

With Doctoral degree: PhD in Management preferably in Agribusiness from a recognized management Institute/University

With Masters degree: MBA/Two year Post Graduate Diploma in Management preferably in Agribusiness from a recognized management Institute/University as a full time regular candidate with 4/5 years of Bachelors Degree having first division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with atleast two years of research experience as evidenced from fellowships/associate ships/training/other engagements

Emoluments : Rs 38000/- + 20% HRA per month

Age limit : Upper age limit not to exceed 35 years for men and 40 years of for women as on the date of the interview. (Age relaxation as per Govt of India rules)

Duration : Upto March 2020

Nature of work

1. Management of Agri- Business Incubation activities with staff and systems 2. Market & Promote Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Services of ICAR-IISR 3. Incubate and assist start up enterprises through consultancy, mentoring, service & networking. 4. Feasibility evaluation of technologies of institutes and its commercialization 5. Devising innovative marketing strategies and managing value added business support services 6. Organize and conduct Entrepreneurial Development Programmes & Events for promoting entrepreneurship

7. Generate revenue through innovative strategies and successfully manag Finance 8. Development of business plans 9. Other miscellaneous activities related to business promotion

General Terms and conditions

1. The above position is purely on temporary basis and is for the period upto March 2020.. The selected candidate will not have any right for claiming pay scale or absorption against any regular post being vacant on a later date at this Institute.

2. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.

3. Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature.

4. The decision of Director, ICAR- IISR would be final and binding in all aspects.

5. Candidates who secure the minimum marks prescribed by the Institute in written test

only will be eligible for attending the interview. The number of candidates to be

called for the interview will be decided by the Director of the Institute.

6 Those who do not possess the proof of Age and Educational Qualifications will

not be allowed to attend the Test/Interview.

Note: All relevant certificates (in original) and bio data, No objection certificate in case he/she is employed elsewhere and experience certificate in original (if any) need to be produced at the time of interview.

Location of IISR Kozhikode Main Campus - Pallithazham bus stop between Moozhikkal East and Chelavoor on the NH 212 Kozhikode - Kollegal Road.
