The prospective candidate _{is expected to have a strong background in organic synthesis, andcharactefization of organic molecules. Preference willbe given to candidates having hands on experiencein multi-step synthesis of pharmaceutical scaffolds for application in drugs discovery, handling of^{airlmoisture sensitive metal-catalyzed} reactions under inert atmosphere and routine characteization of^{organic molecules} by NMRs, Single crystal, thermal analysis, IR and UV-Vis spectral, etc. Candidate ^{should be passionate to innovate and initiate research directions leading to the development of new andhigh impact organic synthesis. candidate should be willing to collaborate within the group and with}}
