ARMY RECRUITMENT RALLY (FOR MEN): 06 NOV 2017 TO 18 NOV 2017

1. CATEGORY AND CRITERIA :-

2. ONLINE REGISTRATION.

(a) Candidates are advised to register themselves and apply for participation in rally between 07 Sep 2017 to 21 Oct 2017 on http://www.joinindianarmy.nic.in

(b) Only those candidates having valid Admit Cards will be allowed to participate in rally.

(c) Admit Cards will be available on Indian Army site only after 22 Oct 2017. Candidate will take the printout of Admit card from Black & White laser Printer only.

(d) Correct Set Number is marked by candidate on OMR Sheet as per QP Set given to candidate i.e Set A, Set B & Set C Candidates will be explained how to fill in circle box to shade the set received as and done for answer option while attempting question. The marking will be as under:-

3. RALLY PROGRAMME. The detailed rally programme (Day Wise) will be published separately later in Newspaper between 22 Oct 2017 to 05 Nov 2017 and the date of rally will also be reflected on the Admit Cards.

4. EDUCATION QUALIFICATION FOR RECRUITMENT:-

Category	Educational qualification
Sol GD (All Category)	Matric pass with minimum 33% or D grade (33-40) in each subject & minimum 45% OR C-2 grade or 4.75 points in aggregate OR 10+2 Simple pass.
Sol Tech	10+2 pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 50% marks in aggregate 40% marks in each subject.
Sol Tech (Ammunition Examiner)	10+2 pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject. OR Three year Diploma in Engg (Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile/Computer Science and Electronic & Instrumentation Engg) from AICTE recognized Polytechnic Institute
Sol Tech (Nursing Assistant/NA Veterinary)	10+2 pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with min 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in compulsory subjects. OR B.Sc Degree (Botany/Zoology/Bio Science) and English simple pass. However, in 10+2 all the four specified subjects should be studied.
Soldier Tradesmen	Simple Matric pass for General Category & ST Category (Adivasi).
Soldier Tradesman (House Keeper & Mess Keeper)	8th pass for all caste including ST Category (Adivasi) and SLC should be countersigned by District Education Officer.
Soldier (Clerks/SKT)	(a) Should have secured 50% marks in each subject and 60% marks in aggregate in class XII. (b) Should have studied English and Math/Acct/Book keeping in class XII or X and should have secured minimum 50% Marks in each of these subjects, whether studied in Class XII or X. (c) Even if a candidate is a Graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage marks scored in class XII would be applicable towards his eligibility.

5. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED. Candidates will bring Original Certificate and two photocopies of following documents at rally site:-

1. (a) Admit Card. Black and White laser printed Admit Card is required which they will carry to the rally site for admission into the rally ground.
   
   

(b) Education Certificate. Registration Card, admit Card, marks Sheets and Board Certificates of X, XII and Graduation from recognized Board & University. SLC and CLC may be asked for and all candidates will carry the SLC & CLC. Provisional Certificate of Xth & XIIth passed candidates will only be accepted for Academic Yr 2015 onwards.

(c) Nativity (Domicile) Certificate Issued by SDM/DM Office. Only Computer generated Nativity Certificate which can be verified from Govt web site will be accepted. NO TATKAL NATIVITY CERTIFICATE WILL BE ACCEPTABLE.

(d) Caste Certificate. Issued by Deputy Commissioner (DC) for Schedule Tribes and for Other Backward Caste (OBC) issued by SDO and for other Caste (General Caste) issued by Sarpanch/Ward Parishad only on his printed letter pad.

(e) Sports Certificate. National/State/District level sports certificate if any (issued within two years).

(f) NCC Certificates. Original NCC A, B, C & certificate of participation in Republic Day Parade, New Delhi.

(g) Character Certificate.

(h) 20 colour photographs from normal camera with white shirt and sky blue background. Candidates not having latest colour photo OR photo not matching their appearance including hair or Candidates with shaved head will be rejected. The photograph should not be older than 30 days on the date of the rally.

(j) Identity proof to include original Voter I-Card/PAN card/Aadhaar Card/Ration Card/any other recognized document.

(k) SON OF WAR WIDOWS, WIDOWS, SERVICEMEN, EX-SERVICEMEN of all above districts only be screened on days nominated for concerned districts. These candidates will bring the following documents:-

(i) Relationship certificate having date of birth of candidate duly signed by CRO/SRO indicating personal No, Rank, Name & appointment of the Officer.

(ii) Attested photocopy of Discharge Book.

(iii) Affidavit on Rs 20/- (Rupees Twenty only) stamp paper by Ex-Servicemen declaring that this is first/second son sponsored for enrolment into Army.

6. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDICAL :-

(a) Candidates are advised to get themselves medically examined before coming for selection in respect of vision and minor ailments. They are also advised to have the teeth stains and wax from ears cleaned.

(b) Candidates found at any stage with distinguishing marks/colour/telephone numbers on undergarments/body parts/documents/photographs will be immediately rejected.

1. (c) Candidates to bring a pair of new undergarments on the day of medical.
   
   

7. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :-

(a) Married candidates of below 21 years of age are not eligible for enrolment into the Army.

(b) Small decent Tattoo only on inner face of the any of the forearms and back part of the palm is permitted. Tattoo on any other part of body is NOT PERMITTED.

(c) Candidates are advised not to submit/produce fake documents. On production of fake documents, FIR will be lodged and the candidate will be handed over to Police along with all the documents.

(d) During the rally, candidate will be responsible for any accident/injury that he sustains. Army will not be responsible for any mishappening during the Run, other physical and Medical tests.

(e) Candidates are solely responsible for securing their documents and photographs during the rally.

(f) Character Certificate. Character certificate without attested photo by the issuing authority will be rejected.

(g) Use of Performance Enhancing Drugs is not permitted. Candidates are liable to be screened for use of the same during the Rally.

(i) Any candidates found guilty of using Performance Enhancement Drugs during recruitment rally, his candidature will be rejected.

(ii) Injury sustained by candidate during the running or physical fitness test due to use of performance enhancement drug will be the sole responsibility of candidate.

(iii) During recruitment rally all candidates will bring an affidavit in Hindi and English duly signed by their parents(specimen available on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in ). Beside this an indemnity bond enclosed with this advt duly signed by candidate is also required. If a candidate failed to produce affidavit and indemnity bond at rally site his candidature will be rejected.

(h) Use of communication devices and mobiles are not permitted. Candidates found using the same will be rejected on the spot and their devices will be confiscated.

(j) Any type of contact with touts OR offering bribe at any stage during the recruitment process will result in candidature being rejected instantaneously.

(k) Candidates to come for the rally only on the date as per admit card. Candidates should bring writing material, handkerchief, eatable items (to last till evening) and drinking water during rally.

(l) Candidate not in possession of complete original documents during any stage of selection process till enrolment will be rejected.

(m) Nativity (Domicile) certificate issued by Anchal/Prakhand office without counter signature of SDM/DM is not acceptable. Only Computer generated Nativity certificate which can be verified from Govt web site will be accepted.

(n) Multiple Nativity. Candidates participating in different rallies using multiple nativity certificates will be rejected under fraudulent enrolment and will be liable for legal action in addition to rejection of candidature. (Auth. Govt of Bihar letter No RTPS/07/2015 dt 13 Aug 2015)

(o) Entry to the rally site will be from 02.30 AM to 07.30 AM only. No entry will be permitted after 07.30 AM on all rally days.
