Corrigendum

The interview of SRF under the NTRF funding project on functional genomics of tea which was scheduled to be held on 30th May, 2017 has been postponed now due to some administrative reason. The same interview will be held now on 12th June, 2017. Candidates are advise to read the revised qualification carefully before appearing for the interview.

Senior Research Fellow. Duration= 2 years	01 (One)	Rs 28000 + 30% HRA	Essential Qualifications Masters degree in Genetics/Plant Biotechnology/Botany/Life Sciences with 4/5 years bachelors degree. Those with 3 years bachelors degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or equivalent/ Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines. (Refer ICAR memorandum F. No. Edn. /6/27/2014/HRD Dated 13-07-15 And F. No. Agri. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD Dated 09-10-15 for details)	Desirable Working experience in Plant Molecular Biology such as QPCR analysis, in vivo bacterial protein expression etc and evidence by research publications

The interview will be held in Room No. 125, ICAR-NRCPB, LBS Building, Pusa Campus, New Delhi 110012

Terms and Conditions

1. Age Limit: for Research associate 40 years for Men and 45 years for women and for SRF/JRF 35 years for men and 40 years for women (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per ICAR norms)

2. The positions are purely temporary, on a contractual basis and are initially offered for one year.

3. The candidates must bring four copies of biodata (strictly in the format attached) along with original certificates and self-attested photocopies of each of the documents/ certificates and one recent passport size photograph.

4. No TA/DA would be given for appearing in the interview.

5. Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be considered for the interview.

6. Persons already in employment should bring No Objection Certificate from their present employer.

7. The decision of the Project Director of this Institute will be final and binding in all aspects.

8. The person employed will have no right to claim employment or engagement in ICAR at the end of the contract period.

9. In case of any disputes, it will be resolved within the jurisdiction of New Delhi Court only.
