IIM Kashipur established in 2010 in the state of Uttarkhand, is a leading management school in India. In addition to providing a transformational educational experience, a key element of IIM Kashipur's mission is to establish itself as a leader in management research. To achieve this, the Institute has put in place a comprehensive strategy designed to attract full time faculty with high potential as researchers and to provide them with a range of research support initiatives that are among the best in India.

lIM Kashipur is functioning at its permanent campus at Village -Dohari Vakil, 'Escort Farms' Kundeshwari, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.

IIM Kashipur is looking for a Director as the Chief Executive of the Institute who provides academic leadership and efficient administration of the Institute under the overall guidance of a highly distinguished Board of Governors. The candidate must be an eminent academician in management education, have demonstrated academic administration experience, and have produced extensive research of global quality.

Applications are invited from distinguished professionals and academic administrators with at least15yearsteaching/research experience.TheyshouldhavebeenafullProfessoratareputed Institution for at least 7 years and have at least 5 years of experience in administrative areas. They should have experience of Institution building and be passionate about building a premier Institution that reflects the talent, energy and potential of an emergent India.

The applicants should have outstanding academic credentials including a Ph.D Degree from a reputed Institution with First Class degree at Bachelor's and Master's levels.

The Director will be appointed after obtaining the approval of the Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) based on the recommendations made by the Search cum Selection Committee (SCSC). The SCSC will consider applications fulfilling the above criteria received in response to this advertisement as well as nominations received from eminent persons in the field of management/management education.

Selected candidates shall have a contractual tenure of appointment for five years or until attaining the age of superannuation of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
