Title of the project:Stereoselective C-H Functionalization Route toward Libraries of Bioactive Sugar- and Iminosugar Moieties-Fused Spirooxindoles and Spirobrassinin, Elacomine, Pteropodine, Formosanine, Rynchophylline/Isorynchophylline Scaffolds: Investigation of Anticancer and Antimalarial Biological Activities
Project duration: 16 Months (approx.)
Fellowship and HRA: As per CSIR rules
Terms and Conditions:As per CSIR rules.
Essential qualifications:a) PhD in Chemistry/Chemical Sciences/Organic Chemistry (Degree holder/Thesis Defended).
b) PhD thesis submitted are also eligible for RAship. Selection in such cases will be subject to the condition that PhD viva-voce done & declared qualified for award of PhD/awarded PhD degree before the expiry of the validity of the award offer.
c) The candidate applying for Research Associateship must have at least one research publication in standard refereed journal as listed in Journal Citation Reports (JCR).

All the candidates willing to appear for the Walk-in-interview on May 22, 2017 at 11:00, are requested to bring the followings.

3. Documents in support of PhD/MSc/MS degree in Chemistry.
