LDCL invites application in prescribed form from the local candidates of Lakshadweep islands for registration under the following categories. The eligibility condition of the same is as follows:

1 Ordinary Seaman(OS) Valid Indian CDC, ValidNavigational Watch KeepingCertificate, STCW Coursecertificates, Passenger ShipFamiliarization Course Certificateand Security course. ( All Certificates should be updated asper DG Norms.) Pre Sea Training with 6 months experience as Trainee Seaman. 35 years
2 General Steward ( G.S)

Valid Indian CDC, STCW Course certificates, Passenger Ship Familiarization Course Certificate and Security course. ( All Certificates should be updated as
per DG Norms.)

Pre Sea Training for Saloon Ratings with 6 months experience as Trainee Seaman
( Saloon Rating.) 		35 Years.

Willing eligible candidates are requested to submit their applications along with attested copies of all relevant certificates / documents in the

prescribed form so as to reach this office on or before 02.06.2017.


The applications received after due date and the applications which are not in prescribed form and without the attested copies of all the documents will be rejected.

  3. OSD (CTOD }, Kavaratti - For information and necessary action to issue forms and co-ordinate arrangements . The application received from Kavaratti island may be sent to Cochin immediately after the due date.
