Walk-in interview is scheduled for the post of Consultant (Non-Medical) on 20^th February 2017 at 11.00 A.M. The post is purely temporary on contract basis for one year on a consolidated salary of Rs 40,000/-at NICPR (ICMR), Noida.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

Masters in Life sciences (any branch) with one year experience in telementoring.

Desirable qualification:

1. Atleast one year experience in the area of Public health
   
   
2. Knowledge of computer applications
   
   

Job Responsibilities:

The consultant will have to report to principal investigator in the project titled Empowering health care providers to update knowledge and skills in the area of cancer prevention through telementoring and his/ her duties will entail organizing training sessions: both in person as well as virtual, to see that the project continues unperturbed.

The consultant will be responsible:

1) To liaise with various organisations, primary health centres to arrange for such cancer screening training programs for their health workers. 2) Make all arrangements for any such training trips with the training team at the center as well as in the rural set ups. 3) Brief the team being trained about the vision of the project and their role in it, along with a

basic understanding of cancer and its burden in India. 4) Draw a schedule for follow up sessions of virtual training on video conferencing technology. 5) Set up video conferencing sessions, with case-studies presentations, per project guidelines. 6) Record the sessions and gather all data/ information of the session(s) 7) Assist the team in training with technical and/ or other issues. 8) Document the progress of the project with outputs, outcomes and impacts in detail. 9) Monthly reporting to share data gathered, and all other project documentation, along with

progress report, annual report etc. 10) Assist in any other manner to ensure the success of the project.
