RECRUITMENT OF LAB ASSISTANTS (ON CONTRACT)

A written test will be conducted on 02/08/2017 to prepare a panel of prospective candidates to be considered for the temporary vacancies arising for Lab Assistants in the School of Chemistry at this Institute for the forthcoming academic year 2017-18.

Educational Qualification:- Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) with minimum 60%marks or CGPA 6.0 (in 10 point scale).

Experience (Desirable): One year laboratory experience in Academic/Research/similar Institutions.

Job Profile: Assisting the MS students in Chemistry labs, day-to-day maintenance of laboratory equipment, organizing lab essentials etc

Terms of employment:

i. The positions are purely temporary for a period of one semester which mayfurther extended based on Institutes requirement.

ii. Remuneration: Rs. 18, 000/- (consolidated per month).

iii. Age: 30 years.

iv. Place of posting will be at permanent campus Vithura/transit campus, Thiruvananthapuram.
