Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of undersigned on payment of Rs.200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 P.M along with attested copies of certificates for the one post of Jr. Research Fellow @ Rs. 25000/- P.M + HRA for first two years and Rs.28000/-P.M. fixed + HRA for subsequent years provided in the scheme Development of GA sensitive semi dwarf high yielding climate resilient wheat utilizing marker assisted background selection, CSS-16 (PC-6181) in Wheat Section for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme which ever is earlier.

Educational Qualifications:-

1. B.Sc. with minimum OGPA of 2.00/4.00 or OCPA of 5.00/10.00 basis or 50% marks.
2. M.Sc. Plant Breeding/Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Genetics (crop plants)/Biotechnology (crop plants)/Botany with minimum OGPA of 3.40/4.00 or OCPA 6.50/10.00 or 65% marks.

Note: Candidates having post-graduate degree in basic sciences with three years Bachelors degree and 2 years Masters degree should have NET qualification and two years research experience.

The last date for the receipt of applications (duly completed in all respects) in this office is 30-11-2017. Incomplete applications or unsupported by the requisite documents will not be entertained. The candidates should appear for interview on 8-12-2017 at 11.30 A.M. in the office of the undersigned (Room No.114 P.G Building, PAU, Ludhiana). No separate information for interview will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
