Ministry of Environment and Forests is implementing the World Bank assisted Integrated Coastal Management (ICZM) project through the Society of Integrated Coastal Management (SICOM). SICOM is the National Project Management Unit of the ICZM project. SICOM is located in Delhi and operating in all the coastal states and Union Territories of Government of India. SICOM is inviting applications for the contractual positions on project mode given in the table below.

(iv) Design/plan of disaster mitigation structure. (v) Designing and monitoring the social components of the projects. (vi) Capacity building of the implementation agency, (vii)Designing approaches to ensure public participation. (viii) Data collection	Maximum age as on 01st September 2017:35 years Qualification:-Full time Post graduation degree in Urban/Environmental Planning. Experience:5 yrs experience in the related field. Experience of undertaking research and analysis, and knowledge of GIS, analytical software (like SPSS), designing software like AutoCAD are desirable Extensive experience in sectors such as	Rs. 75,000 per month	One year and tenure may be extended further on the basis of requirement and review of performance.

It is expected that the candidate shall have experience in multidisciplinary problem solving approach and has worked in designing a range of projects (National and International) Experience of working in Projects funded by multilateral agencies (such as The World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNDP etc.) is desirable. Experience in ICZM will be an added advantage.
2	Senior Accounta nt (number of Post1)	i) To assist in Preparation of Detail Project Report (DPRs) of the 13 coastal States/UTs for Phase II of ICZM	Maximum age as on 01st September 2017:35 years Qualification:-	Rs. 70,000/ p.m.	One year and tenure may be extended further on the basis of requirement

		Project. ii) To assist in formulating Standard Operating Procedures for SPMUs and UTs in financial accounting. iii) To coordinate with States and UTs in implementing the set procedures. (iv)Timely submission of monthly/half-yearly reports, yearly financial reports and other information as required by various Ministries like DEA, MoF, MoEF&CC and The World Bank etc. (vii) to assist in preparation of Budget estimates and Annual Action Plan for the Project. (viii) To ensure adherence of statutory compliances in respect to TDS, PF, Income tax and PFMS etc. (ix) To assist and report to Controller F&A. (x) Any other work assigned from time to time.	Chartered Accountancy Experience:5+ years post qualification experience in the field of Finance, Accounts and Taxation in Government projects funded by Multilateral Agencies like UNDP, World Bank , ADB etc.		and review of performance.
3	Project Engineer (Number of Post1)	(i)To assist in Designing, operations, Implementation and monitoring of the project activities. (ii) To prepare BOQs, specifications of the project activities.	Maximum age as on 01st September 2017:35 years Qualification:-B.E in Civil/Electrical/Mech anical.	60000/-	One year and tenure may be extended further on the basis of requirement and review of performance.

		(iii) To provide comments and support to SPMUs and PEAs for preparation of Technical Bids and specifications. (iv) Coordination with all SPMUs and national PEAs (v) Any other works assigned time to time.	Experience:5+ yrs post qualification in project designing, implementation and operations.
4	Project Associat e (number of Post1)	(i) Evaluation of reports and proposals. (ii) Marine environment impact assessment. (iii) Input to ICZM Plan preparation on Economics, resource analysis, valuation of environment, investment, economic growth, performance analysis. (iv) Data collection and storage. (v) Coordination for ICZM project implementation. (vi) Monitoring of project impacts. (vii) Any other work assigned time to time.	Maximum age as on 01st September 2017:35 years Qualification:-First class master Degree in Natural Sciences/Marine Science/ Life Sciences/Environmen t/Marine Biology. Experience:2 yrs. Post qualification experience in the field of environment	Rs. 50,000/per month	One year and tenure may be extended further on the basis of requirement and review of performance.
