Advertisement for Walk-In Interview for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in BRNS Sponsored Research Project

A Walk-in-interview is scheduled on June 6, 2017 to select a candidate for Junior Research Fellow(JRF) under Board of Research on Nuclear Science (BRNS), Government of India sponsored research project entitled Privacy Enhancing Revocable Biometric Identities (PERBI) in Computer Science and Engineering Discipline at PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur.

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)

Number of available positions: 01 (ONE)

Essential Qualifications: BTech/BE in CSE/ECE with first class or higher marks from a recognized university. However, candidates with MTech/ME in CSE/ECE and having good academic and research background will be given preference.

Desirables: Candidate having knowledge of signal/image processing, pattern recognition, machine learning and biometric systems will be preferred.

Age limit: Preferably below 28 years as on May 31, 2017.

Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month for the first two years thereafter Rs. 28,000/- per month for one year or till the end of project, whichever is earlier.

Selection Procedure: Written/Programming Test followed by Personal Interview

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

2. The position is purely temporary and subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum period of three years or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier.

3. Candidates selected for this position can also apply for the MTech/PhD programme of the Institute provided satisfying the eligibility criteria for the same in the Computer Science and Engineering.

4. The candidates willing to attend the interview are required to send their confirmation through email by Sunday, June 04, 2017 topkhanna@iiitdmj.ac.in

5. The registration process will commence from 9:30 am to 10:30 am on the date of interview.

6. The interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with all their original certificates, mark sheets, experience certificate with an attested photo copy of each of it and a recent passport size photograph along with the updated Bio-data.

7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

8. The candidates not fulfilling eligibility criteria would not be considered for selection process.
