Sr. Project Consultant (01) (Facility Manager) Rs.55,000-60,500-66,00071,500-77,000-82,500-88,000/- p.m. plus HRA @ 20% 1st class B.Tech/ M.Sc. (Engineering/ Science disciplines). Desirable: Management Degree (MBA or equivalent HR/ management Diploma/degree in HR / Operations) Experience: Min. of 05 years out of which 03 years at Manager level with demonstrated experience from reputed organizations facility management such as managing conference centres, buildings and infrastructure, auditoria, etc.Preference will be given to Ex-defense officers.
Sr. Project Officer (01) (Jr. Facility Manager) Rs.30,000-33,000-36,00039,000-42,000-45,000-48,000/- p.m. plus HRA @ 20% 1st class B.Tech/ M.Sc. (Engineering/Science disciplines) Desirable: Management Degree (MBA or equivalent HR/ Management Diploma/degree in HR/ Operations) Experience: Min. of 03 years out of which min of 01 year at manager level with demonstrated experience from reputed organizations in facility management such as managing conference centres, buildings and infrastructure, auditoria, etc. Preference will be given to Ex-defense Officers.

IIT Delhi reserves the right to fix higher criteria for short-listing of eligible candidates from those satisfying advertised qualification and requirement of the project post and their name will be displayed on web link (http://ird.iitd.ac.in/shortlisted) alongwith the interview details. 5% relaxation of marks may be granted to the SC/ST Candidates. In case of selection of a retired/superannuated government employee, his/her salary will be fixed as per prevailing IRD norms.

The shortlisted candidates who are called for interview should bring original certificates (both professional and academic) with a recent passport size photograph at the time of interview.
