The National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) proposes to engage the services of suitable candidates on temporary basis on contract for the following posts for the Project titled Capacity Building of Elected Women Representatives in PRIs of Jharkhand (Sponsored by NCW, New Delhi) at NIRDPR Hyderabad, for a period of Eight Months. The details of remuneration, qualifications, experience, age, etc. are as follows:

Project Training Manager (PTM) (for Eight Months)	3 (Three)	Essential: Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences/ MBA from a recognized University Desirable: M.Phil in Social Sciences	4 years of work experience in Rural Development sector	Rs. 30,000/- per month
Project Assistant (for Eight Months)	1 (One)	Essential: Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences from a recognized University. Desirable: Proficiency in MS-Office	Two years of work experience in Rural Development sector	Rs. 18,000/- per month

Maximum Age limit for all the above mentioned Project Positions is 40 years.

The candidates are required to have proficiency in Hindi and willingness to travel.

This project assignment is purely temporary and does not envisage any kind of regular appointment in NIRD&PR in future.
