NIMHANS is conducting WALK-IN-INTEVIEW on 02.07.2016 at 3.00 p.m. to filling up the post of Research Assistant on adhoc basis for the ICMR project entitled Early psychosocial predictors of child mental health: longitudinal study of shared and distinctive risk and protective factors in UK & India -under Dr.Prabha S. Chandra, Prof. & Head, Dept. of Psychiatry & Principal Investigator. Educational Qualification -M.A. Psychology/M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or Psychiatric Social work

Experience -Minimum 2 years of Clinical and research experience ( for M.A. graduates )

Maximum age limit - 35 Years

Emoluments - `28,755/-P.M (Consolidated)

Job Description All data collection will happen in the community in urban low income areas of South Bengaluru. Administration of questionnaires to mothers, families and assessment of infants will be part of data collection. Should be comfortable in conducting house visits for the same. Should be fluent in Kannada writing, reading and speaking.

Duration of the project -3 years Initial appointment will be made for a period of one year which will be extendable depending upon the performance of the candidate.
