National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj is a premier institute of national and international repute in terms of capacity-building and research in the realm of rural development and related aspects. The Institute proposes to engage the services of suitable candidates on temporary basis on contract basis for the project post of Research Associate for the Village Adoption Studies on project mode, initially for a period of two years and extendable by one more year based on the satisfactory performance. The details with regard to the remuneration, qualifications, experience, age, etc., are as follows:

Essential:

Excellent Reading , Writing and Communication skills in English and Hindi

Acquaintance with Computer based data analysis techniques (ex. SPSS / STATA etc.)

Desirable

Exposure to qualitative data collection methods like PRA Techniques

The Project Positions require travel to study area

This project assignment is purely temporary and does not envisage any kind of regular appointment in NIRD&PR in future
