EMPLOYMENT NOTICE

Applications are invited for filling up 08 posts of Stenographer Grade-III (04 in place of Stenographer Grade-II and 04 against vacant posts) on adhoc basis for six months or till the Stenographers Grade-III become eligible for their promotion or regular appointment of Stenographer Grade-III is made, whichever is earlier on the establishment of this office on 50% of initial pay (Pay in Pay Band + Grade Pay + DA) of Fresh Entrant Regular Employee after 01.01.2006 or on the wages fixed by the Deputy Commissioner under the Minimum Wages Act, whichever is higher. The candidate should possess degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent there to from a recognized University and has passed matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subject and has to pass a test at a speed of 80 W.P.M. in English shorthand and 20 W.P.M. in transcription of the same and having proficiency in computer (Word Processing and Spreadsheet). The vacancy may be increased or decreased.

AGE LIMIT : The minimum age of a candidate for appointment to aforesaid post shall be 17years as on 01.01.2017 and the upper age limit shall be 42 years, subject to relaxation in upper age limit in respect of reserve categories and subject to change, if any, in accordance with the latest instructions of the Haryana Government in this regard.

LAST DATE: Last date for receipt of the applications shall be 19.06.2017 upto 5:00 P.M. No application received thereafter shall be entertained in any case.

The applications be submitted on plain paper giving full particulars strictly in the format i.e. Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Present Postal Address, Permanent Address, Mobile Number, E-mail address, Experience, if any and other particulars duly supported by attested copies of testimonials and one duly attested recent passport size photograph be pasted on the application. No correspondence whatsoever shall be entertained in respect of incomplete applications or the applications received in this office after the date fixed.

DATE OF SHORTHAND TEST : The candidates who fulfill the requisite criteria should appear in the office of undersigned for Shorthand/Type test on 07.07.2017 at 9:00 A.M. It is made clear that no separate letter would be sent to any candidate for test/interview. No TA/DA will be given to any candidate who intends to appear in the test/interview for the post mentioned above.
