NIMHANS is conducting WALK-IN-INTEVIEW on 15.03.2017 at 11.00 AM to fill one post of Field Liaison Officer on contract basis for the GOK funded Project entitled Developing & Implementation in integrated mental health promotion services for youth through empowerment centre in Karnataka under Dr. Pradeep B.S, Associate Professor, Department of Epidemiology & Principal Investigator, NIMHANS, Bengaluru.

Qualification |
MSW/MSc Psychology/PSW. Experience working in the community in the field of mental health and counseling services is preferred. The applicant should be conversant in writing and speaking Kannada language. |

Nature of Work |
The field liaison officer would be initially positioned at District Youth Empowerment Centers at different districts in Karnataka. Conduct resource mapping in the districts, organizing and conducting training workshops, documentation, report writing, data entry, data preparation and preliminary data analysis, transcription and translation from Kannada to English and vice versa. Position involves extensive travelling within Karnataka. |
