Walk-in Interview
Interested candidates are invited for Walk-in Interview for a position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF #1) to work on a DST-SERB funded research project titled Exploration of 8/9 nano-meter process variation immune doping and junction-free devices and their circuits. It may be possible for the selected candidate to register for Ph.D. program as per existing Institute rules.

Positions: #1
Duration: 3 years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier (the position is purely temporary in nature and performance will be reviewed periodically)
Stipend: Rs. 25,000 per month consolidated depending upon qualifications and as per the DST guidelines.
Essential Qualifications:
ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics/Physics or subject related to the project.
Candidates having good academic and research background and GATE score will be given preference.
Desirables: Candidates having knowledge of Semiconductor Device Modelling and Expertise in TCAD tools.
Please note that no TA/DA will be given to the candidates called for interview.
