L- Incubator will offer contractual appointments initially for 2 years.

Research Associate Entrepreneurship, Training, and Research

Compensation: Consolidated Rs. 40,000/ per month.

The Research Associate will be a key member of the L-incubator executive team, who will manage all the research-related activities of the incubator and the incubated startups.

Qualification:

The person should be M.Phil./PhD in Social Sciences, Entrepreneurship, and Management from a recognized university or Institute.

Good command on written and oral communication skills in English language, ability to interact with faculty, peers, and external agencies effectively.

Conversant with computers, different operating systems and MS Office functions and Office Management Practices.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office & SPSS Software.

Potential Job Profile:

Study/analysis of the overall incubation ecosystem

Prepare robust search strategies to search and identify relevant patent and literature in a given domain, and subsequent analysis.

Analysis of a portfolio of Incubators in a given technology domain

Track/monitor published patent applications and issued patents throughout their life cycle

Prepare research reports/case studies to be shared with entrepreneurs / Start-ups / Incubation Centers etc.
