Position Summary

VKN NIMHANS ECHO is looking out for suitable clinicians cum academician who has excellent skills on training (including online pedagogy) and mentoring in common mental health conditions (both illness and wellness). The focus is on planning out a comprehensive clinical case managements, follow up and tracking outcomes.

This position Involves

Training: Develop lectures, case demonstrations, case discussions, Use of clinical case record proforma, develpng SOP, Conduct and Co-ordinate training, develop training materials, IEC charts, case record proforma, booklets,

Virtual NIMHANS ECHO training: Conduct weekly tele-clinic sessions, note down the case discussion details, develop management protocol, and develop training video in local language. Develop counselling tools.

Video call consultation and tele-consultation: Evaluate and consult patient accompanied by the District doctors through virtual between 9Am to 5 PM once a week

Evaluation:

Maintaining iECHO (EHR cum Knowledge Management software), Plan and collect outcome data as per iECHO and EHR, doing periodic assessments, site visits. Proposal drafting and content writing for research publications.

Minimum Qualification

MBBS and Master degree or Diploma in Psychiatry

Experience in academics and training/pedagogy for health professionals

Preferred Qualifications

Training from institute of reputes

Proof of proficiency in presentations, clinical case discussions, publications, pedagogy, communication skills

Proficiency in the use Microsoft word, ppts, videos, google drive, learning video software, learning blog etc. (pedagogical skills)

The focus is on planning out a comprehensive clinical case managements, follow up and tracking outcomes.

This position Involves

Manages the day-to-day operations of a specified area, including co-ordination of tele-ECHO clinic initiatives and deliverables. Will direct the planning and oversight of the teams activities with primary duties and responsibilities to include:

Oversees project initiatives and the day-to-day management of the team working with the Spokes or specific stakeholders.

Create and implement capacity building and quality improvement strategies based on the needs of the spokes and or stakeholders.

Develop knowledge networks and the learning loop concepts as spoke participants develop skills using the ECHO Model.

Direct guidance and coaching in the implementation of tele-ECHO clinics.

Users experience with the ECHO Model to train and assist spoke participants in adapting/replicating the ECHO Model.

Participates in teleECHO clinics and training activities.

Facilitates training and teleECHO clinics.

Develops/implements ECHO training programs.

Minimum Qualification

M Phil in Clinical Psychology

Position Summary

Provide integrated, advanced technical and user support to VKN NIMHANS ECHO Hub and various spokes participants throughout India

This position Involves

Provides integrated, advanced technical and user support to a major, multifaceted organizational unit between Project ECHO and various spoke participants throughout the state, nationally and internationally. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

Serves as a primary IT liaison to spokes.

Advises and assist with management of video-conferencing software installation and connection testing.

Performs remote and local IT trainings with participating ECHO spoke and hub sites as needed.

Will identify and develop working relationships with affected IT constituencies at all levels.

Analyzes and solves problems related to complex computer applications and systems for hub and spoke sites.

Provides a wide range of in-depth technical assistance and guidance to both spoke and hub participants.

Reviews, evaluates and recommends solutions for hardware and software and acquisitions.

User established fact-finding procedures, knowledge of pertinent work processes and procedures and familiarity with related programming practices, system software and computer equipment to provide required analysis of business and/or scientific problems.

Develops and delivers IT related presentations to replicating partners.

Facilitates teleECHO clinics from an IT standpoint.

Minimum Qualification

B.E. / B. Tech. in CS / IT / E & C, Master`s in IT / CS or MCA

Preferred Qualifications

Formal Training in computer programming/system design/analysis from a recognized Institution.

Knowledge of one or more programming language (to be indicated specifically at the time of recruitment.
