This position Involves

Consultant to guide the medical officers for online handholding for their clinical work. This activity would occur online as the presence of a psychiatrist is ensured through the working hours on all working days

Training programs including didactics and case discussions using VKN NIMHANS network.

Patient Case Discussions: The patient case summaries will be presented by the remote district medical officer/Nodal officer of DAC in a specific format. This consists of,

a. Going through anonymized patient case summaries

b. Discussion with Specialist about its management

c. Modulating the case discussion during the tele-ECHO clinic session as well as noting down the recommendations by the subject experts

d. Sharing the case discussion recommendation to the doctors about the discussions

e. Keeping a track for the follow up presentations

f. Liasoning with specific specialists of NIMHANS depending on the patient case summaries.

Didactic as per curriculum

Running e-clinic once a week, Where a medical officer can get the patient to be evaluated directly by NIMHANS specialist

Assessments, periodic feedbacks & outcome data collections

Writing up the report , submission and field visit to take booster sessions

Accreditation and Certification: Managing the Learning Management Solution, gathering questions, going through the nature of questions and entering into database to develop an e-learning assignment for the end of the course certification and accreditation

Minimum Qualification

MD or DNB in Psychiatry from recognized university or Board

Position Summary

VKN NIMHANS is looking out for suitable clinical psychologist cum academician who has excellent skills on onsite training (including online pedagogy) and mentoring in common mental health conditions & SUDs (both illness and wellness).

The focus is on planning out a comprehensive clinical case managements, follow up and tracking outcomes.

This position Involves

Manages the day-to-day operations of a specified area, including co-ordination of tele-ECHO clinic initiatives and deliverables. Will direct the planning and oversight of the teams activities with primary duties and responsibilities to include:

Help in producing the training material and in training of counsellors as well as medical officers in psychosocial interventions

Available through the working hours to guide and handhold counsellors/medical officers in managing patients on a day-to- day basis

Look after the quality control and fidelity of the program

Provide the psychosocial inputs for the case

Develop psychosocial manual, training materials and booklets S/he will also contribute actively to the E-learning course assignment and as well as tele-ECHO clinics.

Minimum Qualification

M Phil in Clinical Psychology

Preferred Qualifications

Training from institute of reputes

Proof of proficiency in presentations, clinical case discussions, publications, pedagogy, communication skills

Proficiency in the use Microsoft word, ppts, videos, Google drive, learning video software, learning blog etc. (pedagogical skills)

Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to participate effectively as a team member
