Eligible candidates are invited for a Walk-in Interview, for filling up of the post of Senior Research Fellow on contract basis for the ICMR funded project entitled A family based association study of glutamatergic genes with obsessive compulsive disorder in a south Indian population under Dr. Y.C.Janardhan Reddy, Professor of Psychiatry & Principal Investigator.

3. Job Description This research project involves molecular

genetics work in patients and families

with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

recruited from the clinical services as

well as the OCD clinic of NIMHANS.

4. Essential Qualification MSc in biological sciences/ biotechnology

5. Desirable qualifications: Candidates who have MSc in the areas

under molecular biology and

biotechnology are preferred.

6. Maximum age limit 35 years

7. Emoluments Rs.18,000/-+ 30% H.R.A p.m

8. Duration of the post 8 months

Initial appointment will be made for a period of six months which is extendable till the end of the project depending upon the performance of the candidate
