This would include field travel to the CLIx states to ensure the needful is done. Skills & Competencies Required: Working computer hardware and software knowledge. Willingness to undertake extensive field travel and for extended periods of time to implementation sites is a must Ability to work with and support different stakeholders including the research, implementation and technology teams. Self-motivation and ability to multi-task, willingness to learn and acquire new skill sets and interest in large scale reform processes and development Experience with opensource based systems such as Linux.
