Coordination with partner-schools and Institute faculty members on faculty exchange programmes with partner schools. Managing student-exchange programmes with partner schools. This includes managing the selection process, student allocation to partner schools, student nomination process with partner schools, helping students with scholarship applications, course approvals for outgoing exchange students, conduct of exams for students who return before examination week at partner schools and ensuring that grades are received in time for Convocation. Managing all incoming exchange students. This includes receiving nominations, coordinating with Post-Graduate and Fellow Programme offices for Course Registration, sending all Visa documentation to incoming students, managing course registration for incoming students, ensuring FRRO (foreigner registration office) requirements are met, reviewing learning agreements of incoming students with their home institutions, and ensuring that grade sheets are sent to and received from partner schools within stipulated deadlines. Managing the Institute’s Double-Degree Programmes, including managing the selection process in coordination with academic offices, helping students with scholarship applications, helping incoming students with Visa documentation, ensuring FRRO (foreigner registration office) requirements are met, and ensuring receipt of grades in time for Convocation. Any other international exchange related activities as may be decided by the Institute.
