Developing and maintaining external relationships, while overseeing fundraising, communications, social enterprises and public education. ? Innovations and off-line initiatives of KMRL; planning frameworks to surface and capture growth opportunities for the Company. ? Identifying and developing alternate revenue –raising opportunities/potential partners for strategic business alliances, partnerships, acquisitions and/or to develop new business within or outside the organization. ? Drive the execution of Project, analyze datasets and determine optimal portfolio to achieve strategic goals that produces highest possible value. ? Co-ordination with Government, funding agencies, bilateral agencies and various other agencies in a timely manner ? Ensuring sustainability and formulate sustainable plans for the projects of KMRL.
