He will see that the motors are stopped when the machines are idle and that the lights in his Branch when not required are put off. He will maintain production records of each machine in a register. He will maintain History sheets of machine and same will be put up to the Deputy Manager for checking, etc. He is also responsible for quality and quantity of work in Photo-composing branch, and will carry out checking of out turns of the operations and ensure that overtime work is kept at the minimum
