The salary or payscale for senior risk officer (sro)’ on contract basis is Compensation will be at par with industry standards and shall not be a constraint for the suitable candidate. The compensation shall be fixed at 70:30 ratio for fixed and variable portion. Variable component shall be subject to quarterly review. He / She shall not be eligible for any other perks / benefits / enhancements. He / She shall be eligible for office phone facility and actual TA/HA expenses for outstation visits as eligible to Deputy General Manager / General Manager depending upon the experience and suitability of the candidate.
