Besides Basic pay, the incumbent will be entitled to DA, HRA/Leased accommodation, PF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Medical Facilities, Conveyance Allowance, Holiday Home Expenses, Soft Furnishing, Children's Education Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, Reimbursement of Professional Membership and Computer Advance as per rules of the company. The present Cost to Company (CTC) is approximately Rs. 18.35 Lakhs per annum for E-7. Performance Related Pay (PRP) would be payable extra.
