The study hence focus on the structural & systemic factors determining access to care among road traffic victims during the 'golden hour'. Job Description: Organize & manage various activities. pertaining to the project Conduct literature review & develop study protocol under guidance of PI & co-PIs. Organize, conduct & facilitate data collection from health systems (municipal corporation) & its health facilities primary (Ambulance services), secondary & tertiary emergency care facilities at hospitals. Lead the research team throughout the various stages of data management & analysis, dissemination along with quality check.
