The Research Associate has to carry out research in any one of the fields related to Teaching, Learning, Evaluation, Development of Teaching-Learning Materials, ICT Tools for Teaching, etc., under the Mentorship/Guidance of the Coordinator, Teaching Learning Centre or a Member or Members of the TLC Core Team with proven expertise in these chosen areas. iii. He/She has to assist the Coordinator of the Teaching Learning Centre and the Research Fellows in organizing various activities of the Teaching Learning Centre on priority basis. iv. He/She is eligible to be a Co-Author along with the Mentor/Guide(s) and Research Fellows under the IPR regime. v. Tools, Methods, Software, etc. developed through his/her research work will be the property of the NIT Warangal.
