This position requires a team player with leadership qualities, excellent marketing skills, a professional and positive attitude, organization and dependability. This is a challenging role but at the same time makes available endless opportunities and learning for the candidate. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: The candidate should be young and dynamic having both business and technical background. Documentation and presentation skills. Familiarity with digital media and social networking. PR and marketing skills. Job responsibility: The Incubator Manager will be completely responsible for leading the incubator operations. This would be inclusive of the following: Overall planning of the activities, resources, budgets and operations of the Incubator. Pre-incubation: Screening of proposals, Research, Patent landscaping, working with entrepreneurs for their proposals, presenting proposals to the next level for selecting incubates. Assist in writing business plans, help the incubates prepare proposals for getting funding, keep track of incubate progress, etc. Identifying & facilitating of networking with mentors, alumni, fund providers, experts, consultants and advisors for incubate companies. Liaison and strengthen relationships with government and funding institutions. Plan & execute various workshops/events for the Incubator. Marketing the Incubator and Business Development: Be the face of the Incubator and actively promote it through various channels Prepare all required reports and maintain a comprehensive set of records on all incubator activity.
