TERMS & CONDITIONS: TA/DA on tour will be admissible under the rules as applicable to regular employees Grade ‘A’ having Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-. They will not be entitled for any other facilities i.e. reimbursement of Medical Expenses, LTC etc. Their engagement with SAI can be terminated at any time without any notice or assigning any reason. The engagement will not entitle to any claim, neither will it bestow any right on his/her for appointment as regular employees in this organization. They are entitled for EL, CL as per leave rules applicable for contract employees . SELECTION PROCESS: The prescribed qualification and experience will be minimum, and the mere fact that a candidate possessing the same will not entitle him/her for being called for interview. Candidates may be asked to make a POWER POINT PRESENTATION (maximum 5 minutes) about their professional profile and understanding & vision in their respective fields in addition to the interview. PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT: The engagement would be made initially for one year, and extendable for up to maximum period of three years . The appointment would be on full time basis and selected candidates would not be permit to take up any other assignment during the period of contract. The appointment is of a temporary nature and the appointment can be terminated and at any time by SAI. The engagement on contract basis would be on a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 65,000/-per Month which will be increased @ 5% annual basis on renewal of contract.
